Our fixed pricing model is adaptable to meet all hosts requirements, making it a one size fits all agreement!
Percentage of your rental revenue
Our fee is calculated based on 15%-17.5% of your net rental income (bookings minus host fees) and paid via a monthly invoice.
Full Transparency
We send out a full revenue breakdown spreadsheet to our clients on a monthly basis, that includes all booking details, and fees charged.

Monthly Rolling Contract
Our contract terms are adaptable and flexible, offering a monthly rolling contract to all of our clients.
